Your browser requests public IP endpoints directly. Platforms see your exit IP. Results stay in page memory and clear on refresh. Network, CORS, endpoint and timeout issues can prevent results; this is not a safety verdict.
Record before connecting, then retest with VPN. Differences may reflect routing, multiple exits or IPv4/IPv6. DNS, WebRTC, other apps and kill-switch behaviour are not tested. VPN entry and full anonymity cannot be confirmed.
